Before entering the wrestling world, he had a troubled upbringing, including spending some time in prison. However, he turned his life around and began training to become a professional wrestler. He debuted in 2005 in WWE, where he initially portrayed a cocky and charismatic heel (villain) character, often known for his flashy entrance and "ballin'" catchphrase.
